T-Top Pressure Time Error due to Faulty Water Pump

 

ERROR MESSAGE/ISSUE/SYMPTOMS:

• High Pressure Time Error

REALTED MODELS:

• T-Top 10, T Top 11

WHO CAN SOLVE: 

• Technician

CAUSE(S):

• Water Pump Faulty

LEVEL OF TROUBLESHOOTING:

• If the unit works ok on the first cycle of the day but gets worse throughout the day, most likely a water pump issue
• Check T Connect to look at the graph, a standard graph for a functioning unit should look like the below

• A graph with a faulty water pump will look like the below graph. It could be related to weaker water pump that gets even weaker when the system is hot.

• Replace the water pump
